Dear Educator,

More than one million educators and students successfully used i-Ready today. While it remains possible that you may still experience an occasional issue, we’re ready to recommend that you resume using the program if you have not done so already. Our updates this weekend have greatly reduced the disruptions that you or your students may have experienced, and we’re now seeing significantly better performance.

However, we can’t yet say that we’ve entirely fixed the problem—we did see a few intermittent issues in our system this morning. These issues continue to appear sporadically and usually last for a short period of time. If you see screen errors or 502 gateway errors, know that i-Ready should resume working within a few minutes if you are able to wait and log back in.

We know that any technical issues that disrupt your teaching and learning are unacceptable, even if they are fewer than before. Our teams will continue working 24/7 until we have found and fixed the issues in our system.
